Distinctive Homes was founded by George Flourentzou OAM, a man whose passion for building is matched only by his commitment to the South Australian community. George started with a simple belief: that every family deserves a home built with integrity, pride, and genuine care.
Today, son Harry Flourentzou carries that legacy forward, leading the business with the same values instilled from day one. Together, they have overseen more than 40 years of home building excellence across South Australia.
